THE WORK: Ripple is looking for Sr. Manager of Competitive Intelligence who will ensure that Ripple's leaders and employees remain current on industry trends and market developments. Reporting into the SVP of Strategic Initiatives, this person will work across the entire Ripple organization to deliver timely information, analysis, and actionable insights that put these developments in context. Such intelligence is pivotal in crafting the company's strategy, product roadmap, partnership priorities and investments. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Synthesize technology, regulatory, and business perspectives from diverse sources to develop high-impact insights that drive strategic perspective on developments related to Ripple's businesses. - Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to uncover strategic opportunities and threats, leveraging a deep understanding of Ripple's products to deliver analysis that goes far beyond news aggregation. - Proactively identify and monitor industry developments, quickly flagging high-priority shifts with relevant context and
