We run needs analysis with leaders and drive measurable performance outcomes, treating learning as a lever for company growth. This role is at the center of that ambition. As Senior Learning & Development Manager focused on enterprise capabilities, you'll lead the programs and initiatives that shape how every Rippler works starting with AI fluency, evangelizing and embedding learning and cultural frameworks, manage our team onsite practice, and work with partners to identify the next capability gaps for Ripple to get to the next level. WHAT YOU'LL DO: AI Fluency and Adoption - Lead the evolution of AIQ, Ripple's AI literacy program, from the current foundational self-paced experience to a comprehensive, multi-format learning ecosystem. -
