About the role We are looking for a Servers and Storage Specialist to support and evolve critical OT compute and storage environments that underpin Rio Tinto Iron Ore's operations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, technically strong infrastructure engineer to take ownership of essential systems and contribute to automation and modernisation initiatives within a complex operational environment. Reporting to the Superintendent of Process Control Systems and working in a high-performing, collaborative team within Process Control Infrastructure, you will: - Administer and support on-premises OT compute and storage platforms across multiple operational sites - Support VMware and Microsoft Active Directory environments, ensuring stability, performance, and adherence to standards - Own and manage existing custom scripts, including assessing, maintaining, refactoring, and improving resilience - Provide lifecycle support for operational tools including secure file transfer platforms and asset discovery/reporting tools - Drive automation opportunities, identifying efficiency gains and introducing tools such as Ansible or similar - Contribute to infrastructure projects, including technical input,
