In this role, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for upstream oil and gas roles, including geoscientists, engineers, field personnel, and other technical specialists. You will play a critical role in ensuring our workforce aligns with operational demands and project timelines, supporting the growth and success of our organization. What you'll be doing: - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, and partnerships with universities and trade organizations. - Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams, providing a positive candidate experience. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging skill demands in the upstream sector. - Recruit potential candidates outside of Workrise using a variety of sources - Sell potential candidates on the opportunity and value of Workrise to build pipeline of available workers in the energy market - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. - Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements,
