The position reports directly to the Mechanical Engineering Group Leader. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Drive and promote a strong safety culture across the site, including contractors, suppliers, and visitors. Mechanically scope, design, engineer, or modify equipment to improve safety, quality, cost, or delivery. Support plant performance by prioritizing and providing engineering support to maintenance and operations as needed. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions to reduce downtime, minimize scrap, and improve yield.
