Senior Total Rewards Analyst As a Senior Total Rewards Analyst, you will report to the Vice President, Total Rewards and serve as a key contributor in shaping the organization's total rewards strategy. This role will be instrumental in building and defining the company's compensation philosophy in partnership with the Vice President, Total Rewards, while driving programs and analysis that ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business priorities. Location: #LI-Hybrid / Los Angeles, CA or Costa Mesa, CA Work Arrangement: This role follows a hybrid work model. About The Role - Compensation Administration and Analysis - Administer base salary programs and lead key annual compensation processes across the organization. - Evaluate and enhance compensation structures, including base pay, short-term incentives, and equity programs. - Support job management activities, including job descriptions, job evaluations, job architecture, and position maintenance. - Lead market benchmarking and compensation analyses to inform pay decisions and ensure alignment with market competitiveness and business needs. - Partner with department leaders and HR to evaluate roles, develop market-informed salary recommendations, and support employment offers. - Partner with Finance, HRIS, and People teams to maintain compensation data integrity and support related systems and reporting. - Benefits Administration - Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health
