The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner, supporting key business leaders across Japan. Responsibilities Drive Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with the Senior Manager (supervisor) and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Address Organizational Challenges: Analyze issues related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions. Participate in HR Projects: Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives. Change Management: Support organizational transformation through effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.
