Principal Business Development (M&A Execution & Integration) Toyosu, , Japan Company Description: Job Description: This role will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Director of Business Development (Corporate Strategy) and assisting in leading and overseeing strategic planning initiatives, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate transformation endeavours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A execution, strategic planning, and corporate development. Lead and manage M&A activities, including due diligence, negotiation and implementation of transactions and subsequent implementation activity. Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of a range of corporate strategy initiatives. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and evaluation Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and investment prioritization. Stay abreast of market dynamics, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning efforts. Drive continuous improvement in strategic planning processes and methodologies.
