About the Role: The Customer Success team at Remitly is dedicated to earning lifetime loyalty and trust from our customers by promptly addressing their questions and resolving issues. As a Data Analyst II on this team, you will collaborate with operations leaders and data analytics engineers to produce metrics, identify issues and uncover the underlying reasons, highlight opportunities for broad-reaching improvements, and make recommendations that lead to meaningful business solutions and operational enhancements.
