About the Role: We're hiring Software Engineers to design and build the services that power Redpanda's Agentic Data Plane (ADP), AI infrastructure connecting AI agents with enterprise data in real time. You'll join our Warsaw-based ADP team, collaborating with cloud and ADP peers across Europe and US. You'll design and ship components of our ADP product, which builds on Redpanda's Bring Your Own Cloud, Serverless, and Redpanda Connect offerings. You'll help operate the services you build, contributing to our 99.99% SLA, and collaborate with peers across Cloud, Core, and Platform engineering to deliver robust, scalable agentic AI systems. This is a hybrid role based in our Warsaw office (minimum 3 days/week on-site).
