JOB SUMMARY The Senior Business Analyst plays an integral role on the Revenue Cycle Operations (RCO) Strategic Initiatives Team, supporting enterprise strategy, analytics, and optimization efforts. This team drives high-impact initiatives focused on improving operational performance, integrating business systems, and aligning organizational goals with data-informed decision-making. As part of the Strategic Initiatives Team, this role is expected to take a strategic, end-to-end view of the revenue cycle and deliver actionable insights that influence key decisions. The Sr. Business Analyst independently translates business challenges into structured analysis, proactively monitors performance, and supports scalable solutions across the organization.
