About the Role Pursuit is seeking a highly driven, relationship-oriented Account Executive to help scale employer partnerships and drive successful job placements for Pursuit Builders entering new careers. Reporting to the Head of Job Outcomes, this person will own employer outreach and hiring pipelines from first conversation through successful placement, acting as a trusted external representative of Pursuit in the market. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on generating new employer partnerships and driving successful hiring outcomes.
