This is a highly executional, production-focused design role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work across fast-moving creative workflows. This is not a simple design role. The person in this role will help manage and prepare large volumes of visual assets, take photos and record videos for content production across platforms, and contribute to both print and digital design with quick turnaround times. The role will support organization-wide storytelling through not just design, but also photographing and documenting events, capturing behind-the-scenes content, assisting with photoshoots, video production during evening or off-site events as needed. The ideal candidate is someone with strong technical design skills, good visual judgment, and the ability to balance speed, organization, and consistency across many simultaneous projects.
