You will translate qualitative and quantitative signals into clearly scoped, high-impact product improvements. - Ship Product Improvements: You will write detailed product requirements and user stories, shepherd work through design review and engineering, and coordinate with Payments Operations and Compliance to ensure new experiences meet regulatory and risk requirements - all the way through QA and launch. - Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: You will act as the connective tissue between Design, Engineering, Data Science, Payments Operations, and Marketing on all things deposit and withdrawal UX.
