We combine proactive, 24/7 clinical care with technology that helps us reach patients earlier, identify risks sooner, and deliver personalized care throughout their journey. Our team includes clinicians, technologists, operators, and problem-solvers working together to make high-quality care more accessible for families nationwide. Role Description Your North Star: Drive the zero-to-one launch of Pomelo's newest women's health offering by building a best-in-class lifecycle and retention program that inspires deep patient trust and long-term engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Own day-to-day execution of all lifecycle channels and the overarching retention marketing strategy for our newest venture - Build the 0-to-1 testing engine for retention, creating and optimizing automated messaging journeys to ensure new patients stay engaged with our expanding health offerings - Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to identify friction points and develop initiatives that increase Lifetime Value (LTV), quality of care, and patient satisfaction - Partner closely with the Head of Growth to ensure a seamless full-funnel experience, bridging the gap between new patient acquisition and long-term adherence - Synthesize data and qualitative insights from our new patient cohorts to drive fast, efficient learning and optimize the end-to-end funnel - Collaborate with Clinical teams to ensure all lifecycle communications reflect our evidence-based care model and build trust in these sensitive new categories Who you are -
