The position will be part of the Tax system team, participating in development efforts in tax allocation, investor K1 schedules, legal entities' tax returns and tax reporting. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will work in the Tax Technology system team developing technical solutions supporting Point72's tax systems and tax optimization data analytics. Specifically, you will: • Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the tax technology stack. • Utilize best practices in software development, including technical documentation, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration • Design and build new software applications and software enhancements and projects supporting tax application technology. • Work closely with business stake holders to develop software solutions using test-driven and agile software development methodologies. • Design cloud-based computing solutions to create scalable cloud native applications. • Be responsible for system upgrades and features supporting resiliency and capacity improvements, automation and controls, and integration with internal and external vendors and services. • Work with DevOps teams to resolve operational issues and leverage CI/CD platforms while following DevOps
