The BizOps team is focused on solving some of Plaid's most pressing business issues. We are a small team of high-impact, low-ego generalist problem solvers. This role partners directly with leaders across Product and GTM on a mix of strategic and operational work with a direct, quantifiable impact on our customers, partners, and P&L. You will work on problems that directly shape how Plaid operates across its largest revenue lines and most critical partnerships - owning analysis, operating cadences, and cross-functional projects that span Product, GTM, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships.
