About the Position The Director, Financial Operations is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning and transforming The Princeton Review's end-to-end working capital and financial operations functions. This individual will lead Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, driving best-in-class performance across billing, collections, vendor management, and disbursements, while serving as a key partner in managing the company's cash flow and liquidity. This role is designed for an operational athlete, i.e. someone who combines strong financial acumen with speed, rigor, and a builder's mindset. The Director will establish and execute a clear working capital strategy, implement scalable processes and systems, and leverage automation and AI to deliver real-time visibility and control.
