Who we are Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is looking for a self-starting Lead Generation Specialist to advocate for our client's business through lead generation and management. The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside the client during business hours, a tireless work ethic, an insatiable appetite for growth, and excellent conversational skills in English. What is expected of you - Manage and optimize Brivity CRM to improve the operational activities of the Client based on priorities, including lead generation and database management. - Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails. - Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails. - Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads. - Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails. - Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
