Your contribution spans two dimensions: delivering change management expertise on complex client engagements, and helping scale the change management practice across the broader customer-facing organization. You will bring structured methodology and senior-level credibility to multi-stakeholder transformation programs, operating with a high degree of autonomy while remaining closely integrated with the wider Success Advisory
