Senior Account Manager, West Region Job Posting Location Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Senior Account Manager, West Region is responsible for sales marketing and customer support activities for assigned domestic marketers of Phillips 66 Finished Lubricants. Account Managers ensure optimal sales, market growth, earnings and customer satisfaction with products and programs offered. Account Managers will drive long term strategy planning and business decisions for their assigned market geography. This position will have primary focus and account responsibilities in the West Region. Position can be based: Western Half of US What You'll Do Identifying, developing, and cultivating commercial relationships and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned area, incorporating technical support functions or business development resources, as needed. Working with strategic partner accounts in your geography to develop and implement business plans which combine priorities of both parties to assist in long term volume and financial growth. Providing support to marketers during end customer visits through awareness of technical sales support, lubricants knowledge, available end customer programs and pricing optimization opportunities. Negotiating contract terms and conditions for marketers and end customers. Providing market intelligence and data on competitive activity to Brand Management, Product Management, Business Development and other Account Managers to drive future projects and long-term strategic plans.
