Sr. Director, Product Safety and Technical Compliance Woodinville, Washington ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Director, Technical Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance leads Peloton's global Technical Product Safety organization, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance-while delivering exceptional member experiences. This role is accountable for defining and executing a comprehensive global product safety and regulatory compliance strategy aligned with Peloton's long-term growth objectives. The Senior Director will shape organizational design, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement, building scalable processes and systems that enable innovation across Peloton's connected fitness portfolio. Partnering closely with leaders across Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Product Management, Member Support, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams, this role serves as a trusted advisor and technical authority on all product safety matters. This position reports directly to the VP, Global Quality and Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance. YOUR IMPACT AT PELOTON - Serve as the senior technical authority and escalation leader for product safety investigations, incidents, and member-impacting events in close partnership with cross-functional teams - Lead the Product Investigation Council, ensuring timely, rigorous, and data-driven decision-making - Proactively identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate product safety risks across the product portfolio - Define and implement the vision, strategy, and operating model for a comprehensive Global Technical Product Safety and Regulatory Compliance program - Partner with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Experience leaders to ensure end-to-end product safety and compliance across the full product lifecycle - Establish governance frameworks to monitor product
