Senior Checkout Manager Role summary Senior Checkout Manager is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving Checkout business growth, acting as a Checkout subject-matter expert, and serving as a key bridge between Sales, Product, Risk, and Operations. This role combines merchant-facing responsibilities, internal enablement, and strategic input into Checkout product evolution. Location: Shanghai, China On-site Full-time What you'll do - Own and drive Checkout growth KPIs across acquisition, conversion, and retention, with clear impact on GMV and revenue - Partner with Sales / CSM teams to accelerate high-potential Checkout opportunities and improve pipeline conversion efficiency - Support pricing discussions, deal structuring, and commercial strategy for strategic merchants - Identify growth opportunities across markets, payment methods, and merchant segments, and translate insights into actionable plans - Represent Checkout in key merchant meetings, workshops, and externally facing sessions, including presentations and demos - Gather structured merchant feedback and market
