Key responsibilities: - Verify customer documents during onboarding for authenticity and compliance. - Be the POC for business escalations, provide insights/progress updates on the cases and resolve the case in a fast and accurate manner. - Identify potential issues/opportunities from the daily work and escalate to manager for further follow-up. - Assist and engage in additional projects/tasks assigned. - Oversee SLAs to ensure alignment with team and business goals. - Maintain strict adherence to both local and global KYC standards and procedures We're looking for: - Strong customer-centric mindset - Good oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English - Quick learner with strong adaptability - Effective communicators
