The Role The Legal Counsel, India, will be responsible for providing legal advice to support Payoneer's significant regulatory and strategic matters in India . The position is based in Bangalore, India, and will report to the Senior Director, Regulatory Counsel , APAC and SAMENA . What You'll Be Responsible For: • Providing legal advice to assist Payoneer in the evaluation and management of significant and complex payments and financial services industry regulatory matters in India • Supporting the CEO, Principal Officer and Nodal Officer of Payoneer India and the India c ompliance , f inance and other team s in the governance and day-to-day operations of Payoneer India , which has received in-principle authorisation as a Payment Ag gregator - Cross Border • Corporate Secretary responsibilities, including Board of Directors meetings , minutes and adherence to regulatory requirements • P rivacy and data protection legal support • Supporting business,
