About the role: As an Enterprise Engagement Manager , you will drive customer success, value realization, and long-term growth across Parloa's enterprise customers. You'll guide organizations from implementation through adoption and expansion, ensuring they unlock the full potential of agentic AI in their customer experience. This is your opportunity to partner with leading enterprises on their AI and CX transformation, shaping how they scale intelligent automation while delivering measurable business impact.
