The Role Own Developer Experience-a strategic product area that includes some of Pantheon's biggest differentiators: Autopilot, Multidev, and Upstreams. You'll define strategy across this disparate set of products while stewarding expansion into high-impact areas: public API, MCP integrations, and agentic infrastructure. This is not a role that executes a plan; it co-authors one. You'll serve developers and their teams-from individual contributors to engineering leaders-ensuring they can build, test, collaborate, and deploy with speed and confidence. What You Need to Succeed Synthesize a diverse product portfolio into a cohesive strategy that multiplies developer productivity. Define the roadmap for emerging areas-public APIs, MCPs, agentic systems-where you'll shape what's possible.
