Principal Product Manager, Document Domain Remote (Spain) PandaDoc is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Document Experience - redefining how professionals create, refine, collaborate on, and complete documents in an increasingly AI-driven world. You'll own the strategy and execution of PandaDoc's core document experiences, shaping how structured content, collaboration, and intelligent assistance come together into cohesive workflows. Your work will help customers move faster from ideas to finalized agreements by making document creation more intuitive, adaptive, and connected. This is a senior, hands-on role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of user experience, platform systems, and applied AI. You'll guide multiple squads, align cross-functional partners, and translate emerging technologies into scalable product systems - balancing exploration with disciplined delivery. In this role, you will - Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences. - Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows, ensuring users can move naturally from drafting to completion. - Integrate AI capabilities directly into document experiences - including authoring, refinement, structure, and automation - with a focus on real user outcomes. - Define product direction for modern document systems, blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows. - Partner closely with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models that enable scalable experiences. - Collaborate with other senior PMs to ensure consistent, connected journeys across PandaDoc. - Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry. - Shape the long-term direction of PandaDoc's
