In this role, you will be the visionary architect who designs and builds our In-House Integration Engine . Your goal is to transform a high-friction, "custom build" into a streamlined, automated, "plug-and-play" partnership model. You will make our service invisible, automated, and indispensable to the lender's systems. Banks and lending partners operate on fragmented, legacy Servicing/LOS environments that don't support servicing for others, break when loans are sold or transferred, and rely on manual reconciliation across servicing, accounting, and data systems. In many cases, these systems depend more on institutional knowledge than actual design. You will operate as a hands-on architect , defining how Pagaya integrates
