Sales Administrative Specialist Toledo, OH As an Administrative Specialist - Sales Leadership , you will play an important role in supporting the effectiveness and impact of the VP of Sales within Owens Corning Roofing. This role serves as a central coordination point across the sales leadership team, enabling alignment, execution, and communication across key initiatives and priorities. You will operate as a trusted partner, helping streamline operations, coordinate key meetings and events, and ensure the smooth execution of leadership activities. This role requires a proactive, organized, and adaptable approach to managing priorities and supporting a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment. POSITION LOCATION: Toledo Headquarters (in-office; approximately 10% travel) What You Will Be Doing: Support the VP of Sales by managing operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, business reviews, strategic sessions, and key internal and customer engagements. Coordinate and execute leadership forums (e.g., Sales Leadership meetings, QBRs), including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions. Ensure readiness for key business updates and leadership presentations, including preparation for executive and board-level discussions. Act as a central point of coordination across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations to support alignment and execution of initiatives.
