In this critical role, you'll be at the crossroads of Oura Manufacturing, R&D, and Member Experience. This is a unique opportunity to both lead a team of talented engineers and directly contribute to key technical deliverables, ensuring the quality of Oura products throughout development, ramp, and sustaining phases. A key responsibility of this role is to continuously drive product quality from launch into sustaining operations, leveraging field data to inform decisions that reduce field failures, minimize warranty claims, and ensure ongoing improvements across the entire supply chain.
