We're looking for a Director, Electrical Modules Quality to join our Quality team in San Francisco, California. This is a newly created role designed to establish and lead Oura's Core Technology Quality function - a group of deep subject matter experts (SMEs) embedded within the Quality organization to provide specialized technical depth across the most complex electrical domains in our products. As the founding leader of this group, you will be both a hands-on technical contributor and an organizational builder. You will personally drive failure analysis, qualification strategies, and quality standards across batteries, printed wiring board assemblies (PWBAs/SMT), EE components, and EE modules - while simultaneously building out a team of SMEs.
