About this role

NA Sales Director, Applications, EPM United States, US Lead strategic sales and business development initiatives to accelerate Oracle EPM market expansion and revenue growth. Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned to organizational priorities and long-term business outcomes. Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and key decision-makers across enterprise organizations. Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for high-value customer engagements and transformational initiatives. Drive complex enterprise sales cycles, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Value Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams. Mentor and influence team members through leadership, knowledge-sharing, and best-practice execution. Champion the “Why Oracle” story by articulating the differentiated value of Oracle's unified, multi-pillar cloud strategy. Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to influence go-to-market strategy and pipeline development. Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable business impact. Consistently deliver against aggressive growth targets and organizational objectives.
