About this role

Program Manager - Technology Capital Builds San Francisco, California, United States About the Role: The Program Manager executes Technology Capital Builds by bridging the gap between Real Estate and Workplace Services, Corporate IT, Corporate Security and other partner teams to design and deliver technical solutions for capital build outs, including new office buildout and remodels, industrial labs, datacenters and secured facilities. This includes all low voltage, ISP connectivity, network infrastructure, audio visual, physical security and related IT scopes of work. In this role, you will: - Cross-functional coordination between internal teams, construction and related trades and other vendors/service providers - Manage the design, bid, implementation, commissioning and handover process for ISP connectivity, low voltage cabling and network infrastructure (MDF/IDF, MPOEs, inside/outside cabling plant, etc.) - Partner with the ITAV team during the design, bid, implementation, commissioning and handover process for audio-visual/video-conference systems (digital signage, wayfinding systems, conference rooms, training rooms and all hands spaces). - Partner with the Corporate Security team to implement supporting infrastructure and network integration for access control, surveillance systems and intrusion detection - Manage project schedules, status updates, executive communications for the builds portfolio - Develop drawing packages and specification narratives in support of project design and execution - Manage procurement and provide guidance to FP&A on budget and cost management - Identify, categorize, mitigate and monitor project delivery risks You might thrive in this role if you have: - Strong project and program management capabilities - Strong knowledge of the architectural design process (schematic design,
