About this role
GTM Strategy & Operations, Enterprise San Francisco, California, United States About the Team The GTM Strategy & Operations team drives the systems, insights, and operating rhythms that help scale Enterprise revenue growth. We partner closely with Sales, Finance, Enablement, Data, Growth Strategy, and Systems teams to improve business execution, accelerate growth, and operationalize key go-to-market initiatives across the Enterprise organization. About the Role You will partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership and the GTM Strategy & Operations, Enterprise Lead to support strategic planning, improve business execution, and help operationalize key GTM initiatives across the Enterprise organization. You'll help manage core sales cadences, analyze business performance, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and accelerate growth. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong analytical skills, operational rigor, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while influencing stakeholders across multiple functions. We're looking for people who enjoy solving complex business problems, using data to drive decision-making, and building scalable processes that help teams operate more effectively and grow faster. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: - Partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to support strategic planning, territory and coverage models, growth initiatives, and GTM priorities. - Analyze business performance, pipeline health, customer trends, and sales funnel metrics to identify opportunities and inform recommendations. - Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and executive reporting
