Compliance Program Manager San Francisco, California, United States About the Team At OpenAI, our Compliance team is dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity and adherence to regulatory and legal requirements. We collaborate closely with Legal, Security, People, Finance, and operational teams to ensure our compliance programs support the organization's mission while mitigating risk in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. About the Role The Compliance Program Manager will play a key role in building and scaling OpenAI's compliance program-translating requirements into practical processes, driving program execution, and improving how we detect, assess, and mitigate compliance risk. You'll help run the day-to-day operational backbone of the program (e.g., disclosures, training, investigations tracking, controls, and reporting) and partner cross-functionally to keep the program effective as the company grows. This role represents an exciting opportunity to innovate compliance operations using the latest AI technology. This role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
