About the Role: Our Infrastructure Services team is responsible for ensuring that the infrastructure backing all production services is highly available, scalable, and operating optimally. The Principal Infrastructure Engineer is a senior technical leader who operates across both network and systems engineering, driving architecture, reliability, and automation. This role requires someone who can lead at a strategic level, collaborate across teams, and dive deep technically to solve complex problems in production environments. What You'll Do: - Design, build, and evolve infrastructure supporting production services across network and systems domains, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability - Drive improvements to reliability, redundancy, and overall service delivery across infrastructure environments - Serve as a senior escalation point for complex production issues, troubleshooting and resolving critical incidents impacting service availability
