The Challenge As an International Benefits and Mobility Specialist, you will assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, etc), ensuring compliance with local regulations while maintaining a consistent global experience. This role supports the International Benefits and Mobility Partner and the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, as well as employees, managers, and HR partners. Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the International Benefits and Mobility Partner across different regions. - Assist with benefits enrollments, vendor coordination, and data validation. - Help maintain benefits documentation, plan summaries, and knowledge resources. - Provide administrative support to the international mobility function. - Assist in the administration of leave of absence processes across
