Your mission - Assist the Trims team in managing the commercialization lifecycle of trims, guiding the process from initial design concepts through to final production phases. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, specifically Design and Product Development, to ensure all trim components align with both aesthetic standards and technical performance requirements. - Develop and maintain organized, cross-departmental documentation and shared trim databases, effectively segmenting assets by "Lifestyle" and "Performance" divisions. - Apply a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to complex development challenges while actively supporting broader strategic team initiatives.
