About the Role >>> Senior Director, Marketing As the Senior Director, Marketing you will design and execute the Commercial roadmap that enables the successful potential U.S. launch of palazestrant, Olema's lead program currently in Phase 3 for ER+ HER2- metastatic breast cancer. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercialization of oral oncology therapies in breast cancer and a track record of leading successful oncology drug launches in the US. This role is based out of our San Francisco office and will require travel as needed. Your work will primarily encompass: Building the strategic marketing plan and leading launch readiness initiatives (branding, positioning, messaging platform, story flow and creative imagery)
