Okta is looking for a Senior EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist to help scale integrated marketing execution across the EMEA region. This role will support both new business and customer marketing initiatives, helping coordinate and execute multi-country programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate opportunities, and improve campaign scalability across the region. This role sits at the intersection of Field Marketing, Performance Marketing, xDR, Marketing Operations, and regional stakeholders. Alongside supporting broader regional programs, this person will also directly own execution of selected acquisition campaigns across EMEA. We are specifically looking for someone who already operates in an AI-first way and is actively leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day workflows to improve campaign execution, project management, reporting, content development, workflow efficiency, and overall marketing output. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of campaign execution, project management, operational coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to keep multiple programs moving simultaneously across teams, markets, and channels.
