Role Overview Are you a seasoned People Ops professional who loves the intersection of HR technology, compliance, and employee experience? We are looking for a high-performing Specialist to join our global team and own critical pillars of our employee journey! In this role, you will be the absolute guardian of our global data integrity and the primary gatekeeper for candidate compliance from hire to retire. Key Responsibilities Roles (The Mission) - Lifecycle & Data Guardian: Own the integrity of employee data throughout the entire lifecycle within Workday, ensuring absolute accuracy. - Risk & Compliance Lead: Act as the primary gatekeeper for global compliance by managing and executing robust background verification (BGC) processes. - Operational Excellence Partner: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, HRBPs, and external vendors to streamline workflows.
