About the Role Enterprise Access is the authentication and authorization backbone of the Okta Identity Cloud. Every login, every policy evaluation, every federation flow runs through this pillar. The products MFA, SSO, Authentication Policies, Authenticators, Federations (SAML/OIDC/OAuth), XAA Protocol, Customer Identity, Identity Verification, Frontline Worker Authentication, and OIE Upgrade paths, serve billions of monthly authentications across thousands of customers. This PM Director will own the authentication protocols and policies that enable human and non-human identities to authenticate, delegate authority, and interact securely with enterprise resources. You will run Enterprise Access day-to-day: setting roadmap, driving execution, managing a team of 5-7 PMs, and serving as the primary PM voice for this pillar in quarterly planning, cross-pillar coordination, and customer engagements. Success in this role requires a strong ability to understand customer requirements, a deep empathy for user experience, and the ability to strategically prioritize what's most important while managing requests from multiple teams at Okta.
