As Director, Global Supplier Management - Semiconductor , you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, performance, and growth of a global semiconductor supplier portfolio. You will partner closely with regional sales leaders, senior supplier executives, and Arrow leadership to align priorities, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen long‑term strategic partnerships. You'll operate with enterprise‑level visibility , shaping multi‑year plans while actively guiding regional execution and resolving complex escalations when they arise. What You'll Be Doing: Own regional execution of assigned semiconductor suppliers' business plans, with full accountability for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and strategic priority alignment. Develop and maintain different level-tiers if relationships with key supplier stakeholders, serving as the primary regional interface to align commercial strategies, product focus, and go‑to‑market initiatives. Translate global supplier strategies into actionable regional plans, working closely with Global Supplier Management to ensure consistent execution against annual objectives and long‑term growth priorities. Lead regional performance management, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking, to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and corrective actions. Establish and sustain a disciplined cadence of internal and external performance reviews /KPI's with branches, territories, and suppliers to drive execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
