Position Summary: The Director, Thought Leader Liaison - Retina will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies that foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and accounts in the retina ecosystem. This role will focus on driving strategic marketing initiatives that enhance the organization's presence and gather valuable insights. This role will help to engage and develop national, regional, and local retina thought leaders to elevate Ocular engagements, drive strategic collaborations, and ensure meaningful exchange of insights across internal and external stakeholders. II. Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following: The Director, Thought Leader Liaison, must have a solid knowledge of the Retina landscape, associated accounts, practice dynamics, societies, and stakeholders.
