Summary of Position: NVE Experience Agency is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Producer to lead the creation of memorable experiences and ensure successful program delivery to our clients. As a Senior Producer on our team, you will oversee all aspects of event production, collaborating with other teams on concept development, and ensuring flawless execution. This role requires agility, professionalism, attention to detail, and grace under pressure. Join us in crafting extraordinary and transformative experiences. Job Responsibilities: Project Delivery - Provide seamless pre-production & on-site execution across multiple projects - Manage and execute programs up to $1MM++, taking full ownership of production processes - Ensure project / program is delivered on-time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations - Serve as a key communicator between cross-functional teams and agency partners - Ensure projects are resourced effectively and efficiently, both for project team as well as external vendors Client Management - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed and executed in a timely manner - Own all client communications regarding production timelines, budget tracking, and program logistics Budget Management - Develop and manage project
