Summary of Position: NVE Experience Agency is seeking a Director, New Business to lead the strategic development and execution of complex, high-value proposal opportunities. In this role, the Director will serve as a senior business leader responsible for autonomously directing new business initiatives from evaluation through pitch delivery, with a particular focus on large-scale and complex B2B engagements. This individual will be expected to provide confident strategic leadership across cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and ensure proposals are insight-driven, operationally sound, and competitively differentiated. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading high-stakes RFP processes, exceptional communication and executive presence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving clarity, alignment, and momentum.
