What You'll Do: Track, analyze, and trend performance of electrical, instrumentation, and control system assets to identify reliability risks, bad actors, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain criticality rankings, asset strategies, and FMEA/RCM-based maintenance plans for I&E equipment. Build, maintain, and report reliability KPIs (e.g., MTBF, PM compliance, PdM findings, work order history). Lead development and execution of predictive maintenance programs for I&E systems, including infrared thermography, power quality analysis, partial discharge testing, protective relay testing, intelligent MCC monitoring, and instrument
