What You'll Do: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities Sustain and improve the Preventative Maintenance Program and Predictive Maintenance Program Lead weekly scheduling meetings with operations and maintenance supervisors to align plant priorities Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System to track work orders, asset history, and spare parts inventory Maintain Asset Hierarchy and managing information set up of new Capital Assets Direct the area of responsibility to achieve the highest standards in all aspects, including safety, employee relations, production, cost, and effective utilization of the resources available Overs
