What You'll Do: Drive safety everyday through leadership and direction to achieve Nutrien's safety vision “Home Safe Everyday” Develop, implement, and manage core I&E Reliability programs at site, including: Control Systems, Instrument, and Electrical Integrity Safety Instrumented Systems Condition Monitoring PM/PdM programs and optimization Bad Actor Identification and Elimination Root Cause Analysis Spare parts strategies Critical Asset Identification End-of-Life evaluation and replacement strategies QA/QC Management of Cybersecurity programs for Control Systems Work cross functionally with all work groups and disciplines to identify and resolve short- and long-term continuous improvement opportunities and vulnerabilities at site.
